Provider Participation Terms

Voluntary, no-cost participation

Participation is voluntary and free. There is no fee to enroll or to be listed. You may request changes to your listing or withdraw from the program at any time by contacting us.

Enrollment and review

Submitting the enrollment form is an expression of interest, not a guarantee of approval or listing. We review the information you provide, including licensing information, before any listing is published. We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion.

You control your participation

• You choose the services you offer, the discount you provide, and any capacity or availability limits.
• You are not obligated to accept any particular patient and may apply your normal business and clinical policies.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping it current.

Care, billing, and licensure remain yours

All clinical judgment, treatment decisions, scheduling, billing, insurance, patient consent, privacy obligations, and recordkeeping remain solely the responsibility of your practice. Veterans contact and pay your practice directly under your own policies.

You are responsible for maintaining valid professional licensure and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

What Veterans Support Hub does and does not do

Veterans Support Hub provides a directory that connects veterans with participating practices. We do not pay practices, reimburse for services, fund treatment, process payments or insurance, or provide dental care. We make no guarantee of any number of patients or any level of activity.

Public listing information

If your practice is approved, the practice details intended for public display (such as practice name, location, services, and offered discount) may appear in the public directory. Private details such as professional license numbers and internal contact information are not published.

Use of names and no endorsement

Participation does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship, and does not imply endorsement or certification of your practice by Veterans Support Hub. Please do not describe your participation in a way that implies government affiliation or approval.
